New generation is an important existence that can never be ignored in the literature world in the ninetieth of 20th century. It is usually labeled by academic circular as "generation against the tradition" or "generation of tradition murdering". Many of the related comments attach much important to its associations with the literature trend of western modernism or post-modernism, and put their emphasis on its formation history that has experienced the impacts of foreign culture as well as the exotic elements that it has obtained under this impact.As a "localized" literature trend, new generation has unusual association with Chinese traditional culture. The article intends to render a new angel of view to evaluate he new generation, that is, to inspect and reflect on this existing literature phenomenon from the Chinese traditional point of view, and to deduce the association between the Chinese traditional culture and new generation.The article styling, tenet choosing of new generation show an incline that obviously against traditional pattern.
