San Yan Er Pai acted as a encyclopedia of civil life in middle-late Ming Dynasty, businessmen are new active protagonist. According to rough statistics, the businessmen as leading character include in 33 works , concerning the lives of businessmen in many aspects. Among them, there are 11 articles depicts businessmen how to made their fortune , accounted for one third of the total.it can be seen from that this kind of material is rather typically symbolized. Text consists of three chapters, the first chapter is introduction, and the second chapter give a detailed analysis of identities to some businessmen, the reasons they made their fortunes and their performance afterwards, thus laying a foundation to the three chapter. ChapterШis mainly to illustrate the cultural implication of their fortune-made story from three aspects, this is focus of this article. Firstly ,the financial and business valued sprit. Through conformity to businessmen and their way to make their fortunes, it reflects financial and business valued mind of Ming, it specialised through protect and benefit trade policies adopted by governing classes, enlightenment philosophiers ' heavy commercial awareness, changes of career outlook and financial -gain social psychology. Secondly, the presention of early commercial culture. The reveal of businessmen to make their fortune is mainly related to subjective factors that is noble character and smart business strategy ,present and promote early commercial culture . This section make a superficial analysis from business moral culture and business marketing cultural. Deeply, illustrate commercial culture mentality in specific period. Businessmen sometimes resort business success or failure entirely to the fate and opportunities. It both reflects businessmen's haze and unconscious state on how to get rich in Ming Dynasty and their fragile psychology. And after businessmen made enough fortune, they rather purchase land, build house ,raise maids or crash into bureaucratic development is through service and donation. The former indicates that businessmen in this period are still full of peasant mentality in essence, they did not make really preparation for entering the era of trade-economic,the latter concentration embodies the bureaucratic-admired mindset of businessmen in Ming Dynasty.
