| The thesis is devoted to studying a female writer Zhang Jie and her works. The three-volume novel No Words published at the end of the 20th century has a significant meaning in Zhang Jie′s literary span .From No Words, we can investigate the whole literary life of the authoress.The paper consists of the preface, the body and the conclusion. The preface is mainly about the research meaning and purpose of the subject. For the body, firstly it sorts out the structure,theme and image of No Words. Secondly, by drawing the outline the literary life of Zhang Jie, we explore that the authoress realize some transcendence of herself by No Words. We also analysis the reality between her private experience and some difficult problems in her novels. Thirdly ,we scan the men and women in Zhang Jie′s novels, in the situation of sexual reality. Her novels have show us the process of looking for men, but lost, and then begin to laugh at and revenge. At same time Zhang Jie express the disappointment with women in her subconsciousness. All of these lead to rejecting men in her novels, just like a woman's own saying. This attitude is not good for the harmony between men and women. At last analysis the tendcy of feeling–talking and the narrative strategy. The conclusion part talks something about Zhang Jie′s new detective novel Zhi Zai. |
