The First World War cut down the inequality diplomatic relations between China and Germany since the modern history. The German Wiemar government signed the "Sino-German agreement" with Chinese Beijing government in 1921. The agreement not only set up the equal international status each other, but also opened a new page of German trade with China reciprocal and mutually beneficial. The main content is the history of capitalist German trade with China from the "Sino-German agreement" signed to the German Federal Kohl administration. This history including the main part of the diplomatic relations between Germany and China in 20st centary.It can be broadly divided into Weimar period, the Nazi period, the Cold War period and after the reunification of Germany. During all the history, the German trade with China experienced process of the start of reciprocal trade, turn to decline and then to the rehabilitation. On one hand, the article combine specific historical events and their evolution, with the historic principles of Marxism, international relations theory, international trade theory, principles related to the integration. On the other hand, author both focused on economic analysis of trade and stressed the political perspective of trade, to sum up and explore the objective laws of historical development, and reveal the fact of capitalist German trade with China in 20st centary.
