ChengHua time of Ming Dynasty is not a well-know time, but royal purchasing of that time is actually highlighting. This paper will study the original and developing process of royal purchasing of ChengHua time ; expound the types ,regions, ways ,persons of purchasing goods; find out the negative and positive affects of royal purchasing and how it is going of the financial system and the consume of ruler during Ming dynasty. It points out : the purchasing goods is manifold and the majorities are the high-grade life consumer goods and the curio; A important peculiarity of royal purchasing is that circulating intermediary is not paper money and silver but the national exclusive salt license ; the participant officials especial eunuchs try to seek profits through illicit methods which causes bigger harms to people and heavier destruction to the society . In this process, people combated and some officials opposed which made the royalty adjust the policy of purchasing .In the same time ,due to the imperial fund involvement , the market purchasing power is strengthened and some places and towns are promoted and prospered . On the other hand , the involving of emperor and eunuchs to the financial system disturbed the normal regulative order and further destroyed the policy of Kaizhong ;the appearance of gold-foil silver caused the emperor's income gradually independence and expanding unceasingly. The recklessly expansion of royal consume confused the imperial finance and the national revenue which caused a tremendous change in financial system of Ming Dynasty.
