This study explored features of Teacher Training School students' coping ways and influences of Teacher Training School students' general self-efficacy, social support, subjective stress and demographic featrures upon them, based itself on the guidance of Teacher Training School students' mental health and taken their coping ways as a breach. It reies to seek the mental mechanism Teacher Training School students cope stress, and helps the guidance of Teacher Training School students' mental health and coping research.This study is different from other researcher in two aspects:It explored Teacher Training School students' coping styles on specific situations;It not only explorded traditional affected factors and correlations, study the causality between affected factors and coping styles.The study investigated 535 undergraduates from Education Instirute and Traveling management Institute in Liao Ning Normal University, use self-designed general self-efficacy scale, and social support scale and edited coping scale. The findings are elaborated as the following:The stress level of Teacher Training School students is moderate generally and sometimes the coping styles could be utilized beyond stress situations. They are suffering more stress from study,human relationships and emotion; Teacher Training School students often use adaptation coping styles, and they tend to use several coping styles together;seldom use coping styles of evade problem;some dimensions of coping styles have significant differences on gender and institute, and grades have significant min effect; Teacher Training School students' general self-efficacy, social support have different significantly predictive effects on coping styles.
