The earliest study to the psychological atmosphere begins with the concept of"psychological environment"which was put forward by Koffka,W. and Lewin,K, who were the main representatives of the Gestalt psychological school. Psychological Atmosphere is a kind of influential community psychological state, which is formed and developed by the interaction of supervisors, supervisees and management environment, which is composed by the common attitudes and dominant emotions and feelings of the majority and which can be apperceived by the majority of the members. The formation of a good class psychological atmosphere has the vital significance to the education and the management of university students. However, there is no special research on this field till now in China. Therefore, the study uses the research methods of interview, literature and the questionnaire to probe into the dimensions of class psychological atmosphere among college students and works out an evaluating scale on it.In the study, total 707 college students were measured from 19 classes in 4 universities, the data was analyzed, the dimensions of class psychological atmosphere were studied, the scale was worked out and the differences in gender, nationality, grade and major of college students'class psychological atmosphere are discussed using the statistical method of correlation. The results are as follows:1.
