Compiling And Textual Research On The Historical Materials Of Dietetic Culture In Hundreds Of Miscellaneous Notes

Chinese miscellaneous notes is in a large quantity, and thus is the part which can't be neglected in the research of Chinese Dietetic Culture. Among the miscellaneous notes, the content of historical materials of dietetic culture is abundant, and the amount is plentiful, furthermore, there is a big reliability for the research. However, the native characters of miscellaneous notes results in the extensiveness and decentralization of the dietetic contents that recorded in the miscellaneous notes. How to utilize the numerous and valuable historical materials effectively has becoming an obstacle for the researchers. In this research, the author will discriminate, classify, coordinate and catalog those historical materials of dietetic culture collected from more than one hundred Song -literati Notes. And then based on these efforts, the author will attempt to excavate the potential value of Song -literati Notes in the research of Song-Dietetic Culture by giving the further discussion according to the differences of "space-time" and "human".In detailed, as for the reflection of the differences of "space-time", by the analysis of materials in Song -literati Notes, we can obviously observe the dietetic differences between the North and South China, the dietetic intercommunication and combination in North and South China, and the distinct development of Dietetic Cultures in several different zones marked by Bashu 巴蜀, Wuyue MM, Lingnan 岭南,etc. We also can find that As for the reflection of the differences of "human", we can learn about thediverse dietetic life of different colonies-------about civilian, dignitary,scholar-bureaucrat, royalty, and minority in Song Dynasty from the historical materials of dietetic culture in Song -literati Notes.This dissertation will aim at the combination of the research of classicality philology and Song-Dietetic Culture, and try to build a bridge connecting the two fields for the researchers to search and utilize Song -literati Notes.
