At the United States, the money is the base of politics, therefore, the interest group that have the strong economic basal can affect the American politics profoundly. The group becomes an important characteristic of American society and politics. The military-industrial complex (MIC ) is one of the influential interest groups in America , which can bring about the important influence on the establishment of the American foreign policy with the characteristics and the important positions of himself .
