The development of Nation's Outlook and the development of separate administration between Hu and Han restrain each other and the Chanyu system has had some characteristics of Han official system but lost some national characteristics of structure and function which reduces the Chanyu system to disappearing and the Separate administration between Hu and Han in the Period of Sixteen States.
