Psychological Problems And Educational Strategies Of The Middle School Top Students

For a long time, affected by the Senior High School Entrance Examination and the College Entrance Examination, most of schools, families as well as societies ,have ignored students' psychological health education in order to pursue higher scores, esp. top students .As a result , the psychological problems of top students in high schools are increasing and severely hinder the students' development of body and mind .It is really a major task for us to attach importance to their psychological health .Having drawn lessons from the domestic and international Scholars' basic theories about teenagers' psychological health, the author made use of the widely used Self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90) in the present school psychological health education work and anxiety testing table for high school students provided by Chinese Psychotherapist Website to make a lot of investigations on the top students in high schools. On the basis of them, the author analyzed the students' behaviors at the aspects of general psychological problems, psychological obstacles and behaviors. The author also found out the causes of the top students' psychological problems from the aspects of school education, family influence, social environment and the own factors of themselves.On the basis of the summary practical experience and a series of concrete strategies on how to undertake the psychological health education for the top students, prevent and adjust their psychological problems so as to facilitate psychological health development. The main contents are: constructing the systematic education content; following the correct educational principle; implementing the effective educational strategies; expanding the multidimensional educational methods and establishing sound educational environment.
