Sculpture, as a kind of art beautifying human beings environment, has its special art rules, the most important of which is the harmony and union between sculptures and the environment. Theoretically, the harmony and union between sculpture and the environment is the base principle for sculpture art creation. As a kind of public art, sculpture has un-separate close relationship with the public space and environment. The sculpture subject must be in harmony with the culture for the sculpture has educational function, communicate certain culture information. So the communication of the information should not betray with the local culture. The sculpture exists with the environment each other and cannot be separated.
