From Thermidor coup d'etat to Brumaire coup d'etat, Thermidorien governed France. Because it hasn't uniform creed and orgnization, so Thermidorien doesn't a modern party ,but a relatively general alliance.Thermidorien came in to being ,took consistent action and, capture French regime. It closed Jacobin despotism, resumed social system, and attempted establishing stable politics. Thermidorien played an important role in the French revolution. According the situation of French, they issued the Constitution of 1795,and took a series of measures to construct France. These actions influenced France in politics and economics. The paper attempts to combine the setting of The French Revolution, introduce and analyze constitutes and character of Thermidorien, expatiates idealistic origins and historical conditions of the Constitution of 1795, analyzes unsuccessful causes of Thermidorien regime. The author tries to make a candid appraization of Thermidorien regime construction.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter one discusses the character of Thermidor coup d'etat, analyses the character of Thermidorien, and compare Thermidorien with Constitutionalists.
