In the 21st century, the biggest problem mankind is facing is the global environmental crisis. The judgment about " development " that the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of the party puts forward the scientific views of development in an all-round way, developing proportionally, coordinated development and sustainable development. Firstly, in view of the ecological problems present in the process of globalization, this paper, starting from the traditional development view at home and abroad, tries to locate their respective limitations. This paper moves to dwell on the correlation between the scientific conception of development and the ecological ethics. Then, it has been pointed out clearly that solving the problem of ecological ethics under the guidance of the scientific conception of development has realistic meaning and feasibility of practice. It is well known that we have to demand the involvement of technology and stipulations of legal system, and resort to the ethics to instruct people into treating nature in a favorable way to achieve real harmony between human and nature and between different people. Therefore, the last part of the paper is devoted to applicability of the construction of modern ecological ethics in the light of scientific development. In other words, this paper assumes that under the guidance of Marxism natural view, we can construct modern ecological ethics, and carry out the view of taking human as the fundamentality, and so on.At last, the author proposes the practical way of constructing ecological ethics--- to further relevant education concerning ecological science and ecological ethics, to establish a set of laws and policies so as to protect the ecological environment, to control the quantity of the population, enhancing the quality of population. The key to construct the economical society is to develop the recycling economy, to creating an economical society, to popularizing the scientific lifestyle and strengthen service function of the government. |
