Research On Stratege Of College English Cooperative Learning

Cooperative learning is the hotest topic on educational innovation. College English cooperative learning is the strategy which combine college English teaching with the cooperative learning theory. During the practice, the students' ability of applying to English (ability of communiting in English), cooperating with others and self-teaching is improved. So is competitive consciousness. Therefore, college English cooperative learning can meet the requirment of college English teaching in our country at present, and can solve some problems in college English teaching nowadays. In fact , it's a new method to develop college English cooperative learning, so the process of practice is certainly a exploatory one. In this paper a case that the strategy of college English cooperative learning was put into practice is analysed. I hope that it will be helpful for others.There are six parts in this thesis. In Part One the reasons are given by llisting the new requirments for college English teaching, main characters of the new generation teaching materials and some urgent problems in college English teaching in our country to illustrate the necessarity of developing college English cooperative learning.
