Abstract: In 1992,Chinese Vanguard-writer BeiCun converted to Christianity and created the novel《 Baptizing Rivers》 .BeiCun has Promoted this important subject—"the religion to redeem" in Chinese present age literary arena, arousing the literary arena enormous interest. Up to now ,BeiCun has created a series of novels setting the Christianity culture as background The writer Attempts to reconstruct the Chinese literature value. The religious sense in the novels not only make the writer become striking .but also provide a new topic. Regarding this, people may say that the Chinese Vanguard-writers had found the divine sense. It is impossible that the Christianity culture will become the mainstream value in China, But without doubt, BeiCun' novels has enriched the significance of Contemporary Chinese literature. BeiCun initiates "the Christianity culture spirit" can reconstructs the Chinese literature values. What's more, BeiCun publicizing his belief has proved that Chinese thought and the Christianity culture already had the significance space in which may converse There are both literary and cultural significance in the research of the writer's writings. The Christianity culture is totally different from Chinese culture. There must be a great gap between Christianity culture and BeiCun 's works. This article in the terms of culture, the literature and theology, generally analyses the gap between the novels and western Christianity culture.The main text is divided four chapters:In he first chapter ,Basing upon western and eastern cultural vision. We will reclaim three main Christianity concepts: original sin, love and God .In this chapter we will deal with the so-called "the legitimate prejudice" aroused by the translationIn the second chapter ,we will analyse the texts and find the flaws in BeiCun's works with the comparison with the Holy Bible.In the third charpter ,we try to find out the Christianity theology in BeiCun's works. As a matter of fate, BeiCun has take over Augustinus' Christianity theology. Which displays religion belief to be supreme and the mystic. The second gap lies in isthe literature and the religious conflict.The last the chapter is the summary of the former three chapters.
