The thinking mode is generally the one of realizing the thinking law, that is, the self-representation of the thinking law. It, internalized in human brains, is a complete cognitive system consisting of language, knowledge, concepts, emotions and thinking tradition, playing the key roles of determining the thinking trend and providing the platform for cognition. The dialectic method, as the thinking mode is of special importance to philosophy can be made because only by the dialectic thinking mode can a true understanding of the philosophical objects be made, especially being able to closely grasp the meaning of human life in it. In addition, the modern form of the dialectic method as the thinking mode can be reached only in the practical dialectic method of Marxism; therefore, in this paper, the three aspects from"intellectuality thinking and dialectic thinking", from the ancient simple dialectics to the modern practical dialectics and the modern practical dialectics as the advanced form as the thinking mode are dealt with in the attitude of unity of logic and history. Depending on the history and with the philosophical masters'thoughts as argumentations, the dialectics as the thinking modes is studies and the practical dialectics of Marxism is finally dealt with.Thoughts take concepts as the forms, and in this case, the thinking modes mean the combining and operating modes of"conceptual frameworks"used by people to understand and retrospect the world. The conceptual frameworks used by human beings to understand the world can generally be divided into the conceptual framework of common sense, the scientific one and the philosophical one, which are applicable to the objects of common sense, scientific objects and philosophical objects, respectively.
