The most well-known masterpiece of Shi Shuqing is"Trilogies of Hong Kong", in which he described his love for Hong Kong, where he sojourned for 17 years. He love white butterfly with yellow wings, redbud covering hills, an air castle called"Cloud Garden"which was built by himself, and so on. Hong Kong just likes a kaleidoscope, in which you can see from the past to the present or from the national to the international. This city has all experiences of colonization and immigration, being transforming from colonization to post colonization. Shi Shuqing writes Hong Kong as a passenger and host, telling history and present. She chooses to witness history with his pen. Her book tells not only the past 100 years of the city, but also the social changes of the city, and many aspects of the society, which makes up a picture of Hong Kong'life, just like"Qing Ming Shang He Tu", which was a modern picture and also a genre painting.On the basis, this article is an analysis of"Trilogies of Hong Kong"from mainly four parts. First, out of culture utilization, Hong Kong, a colony, became"alien"to western countries. Women and eastern country became the despised"alien"The girl Huang Deyun was kidnapped and resold, which is a symbolization of the history of Hong Kong being invaded and looted. Meanwhile, Shi Shuqing described a true colonial world of"when talking about the East, there being no Easterners", from a colonist (Smith)'s eyes. Hong Kong is a culture imagination product which is built by westerners...
