The novels in this period made a breakthrough to the "forbidden zone ofsexual love" in the love description, fully declaring the aesthetic value of human being's natural character and the formidable control of instinct. What's more, they explored the human's survival environment and the spiritual liberation path from the description of sexual love, and presented the investigation and clarification to the complicated human nature.The third stage: from the beginning of 90's to nowadays, the expanding of love subject and the deepening of human nature performance. Due to the multiplication of the times, the novels' love descriptions also tend to be diversified, which can be roughly divided into four kinds: the depth turns, the desire turns, the vulgar turns, the women's rights turns. And the writers' cognitive method and creation aim are changed from the society, history, culture, and realistic life phenomena to the human nature, displaying individual character and the ultimate concern, creating different roles with their special characters and rational spirits.From the above comprehensive survey, we can see that the development of love subject in the new period's novels is an unceasingly deepen and diversified course. In my opinion, the novelists should display and cultivate love subject from different aspects, so that novels can become more and more enriched and vivid and regain its position as one of the important parts of human emotions. Meanwhile, they should follow the internal disciplines of human nature and literature itself, which will lead the literature's human nature performance to be more positive and healthy, and consequently endow their works with high-level aesthetic effects and philosophic depth, giving a full and vivid interpretation of the idea, "literature is a study of human beings".
