The Annotating, Proofreading And Correcting For Zhililü 置吏律, Hulü 户律, Xiaolü 效律, Fulü 傅律, Zhihoulü 置后律 And Juelü 爵律 Of Ernianlüling 二年律令 In Han Slips Found At Zhangjiashan 张家山

The laws of Ernianluling cover the principal part of the statutes of the earlier stage of Han Dynasty, contact with the politics, military, economic, society and geography of West Han Dynasty. It is the most direct material to make a systematic study on the relations between Qin-Han 's statute and that of Tang Dynasty.On the base of the annotations, explanations and criticisms the reorganizes have made, some research achievements have been published, replenishing and amending some existing problems on the annotations, criticisms, punctuations, arrangements in the original report, and the discussions about related problems were being studied in a deep-going way.As one part of the research subject of Ernianliiling, this thesis mainly made a through annotating, proofreading and correcting to Zhililu, Hulu, Xiaolu, Fulu, Zhihoulu and Juelu. Making thorough inquiring on the criticisms and explanations, annotations and arrangements, comparing with the books handed down from ancient times and the documents unearthed, the thesis replenished the deficiency of the original notes, amended its errors and missing, and tended to restore the original appearance of the text as far as possible, based on the achievements the formers attained and assisted with the infrared photos of the bamboo slips. And based on these work, extensively hunting for the formers'research achievements, we differentiated and analyzed, considered and decided the conclusions of each other, and inquired them again and again, and tended to approach an authentic comprehension of the text's connotation.In a word, the thesis made some progress in restoring the related laws and regulations of the text and pursuing the connotation of Ernianliiling, and also of the history of Qin-Han it reflects.
