A Group Interpretation On Zeilü, Daolü, Gaolü, Bulü, Fulü, Xinglü, Yaolü Chapters Of Er Nian Lü Ling In Zhangjiashan Bamboo Slips Of Han Dynasty

The main part of this thesis is the group interpretation and research on zeilu(《賊律》),dao lu(《盜律》),gaolu(《告律》),bu lu(《捕律》),fu lu(《復律》),xinglu(《興律》),yao lu (《徭律》) chapters of Er lian lu ling in ZhangjiashanBamboo slips of Han Dynasty.First, the part for interpreting extensively consists of the fruits for researching of the famous experts such as Li Xueqin and Li Junming. To expressthe proof and explanation for different ideas, it takes two ways.....directly citingfor the simple thing and short narration for the complex part. On the base of the upper content it finds and corrects the mistakes about the chapters, telling and explanation. Then the author makes the proof more thoroughly and has his own perspective. But there is also uncertain place for questions to be explored for the future.
