Research On The Infiltrating Mental Health Education (IMHE) In Psychology Education Of The Middle School Student

The junior middle school students are at a particular developing period, in which their experience rapid changing and developing both in physiology and psychology, and students at this period are easy to suffer outside influence. All kinds of problems about mental health are easy to bother them without adults'correct guide and education.Inflitrating mental health education in psychology course is to develop their physical and physiological characteristics and help them to discover as well as solve the problems.This research use SPSS through some methods including educational experiment, literature research and the interview. After referencing lots of data of infiltrating education in the subject teaching, this essay is a study of research on the infiltrating mental health education(IMHE) in psychology education from both theory and practice aspect. Basing on mass of paper, investigate and discuss the mental health and its standard as well as how to combine the mental health and the psychology education well. With this basis, the course content and the character of middle school students, analyses the feasibility and necessity of infiltrating mental health education.Based on this investigate, we have the result as follows:1. IMHE in psychology is important and necessary to the student in the period of the middle school.2. Relax the test anxiety of the student effectively.3. Raise the middle school student ability about the interpersonal relationship.4. Improve the study ability and the psychology achievement of the studentAs IMHE in teaching is still in an elementary phase, lots of content should be lucubrating. Based on the result above, we have made some suggestions about teaching. Proposing the mental health education principles that we should follow, strive affording material to develop the diathesis of the teachers and enrich the teaching method.
