The study expatiates on and integrates both domestic and overseas depression theories, discusses the concept and standard of the structure of Cognitive schema questionnaire, measure 230 undergraduate by cognitive schema questionnaire of College Student(designed by the writer ),Automatic Thoughts Scale, Coping Style Scale, and Self-rating Depression Scale. The data were treated with Logistic regression analysis and Path analysis.The result shows: (1)34.2% of undergraduates suffer from depression to some degree,18.7% of them are slightly depressed, 14.3% are medium depressed, and 2.2% are severely depressed. There are no marked gender and grade differences.(2) There are wide correlations among Cognitive Schema, Automatic Thought, Coping Style , and Undergraduates'Depression.(3)through Path analysis ,solute question coping and Automatic Thought influenced depression directly,;Automatic Thought also influenced depression through solute question coping; Cognitive Schema influenced depression though Automatic Thought and solute question coping.
