The course is the carrier and key to the successful achievement of teaching and even education. The establishment of course system needs the contact with the professional features, and the demand for the market personnel. Which should include the experiences that the students get at school, teaching activities, the teaching course, outside school activities and environmental atmosphere of the school and so on.Because of being influenced by guide-policy, teaching conditions, the ownership of the course, the different types of schools have great differences and common weakness on the courses of advertisement designing major offered in a college;The real and effective communication can't be realized in the teaching course of professional courses between the students and teachers;The deficiency of students' personal quality and relative weakness of students' learning ability;The serious unhook happened between the trained advertising designers and the changeable personnel market. So it's necessary for us to deeply think and rearch into the course system of advertisement designing major.This paper takes the analytic methods from the part to the whole. and then return to the part. Firstly, this paper discusses the features of advertising designers and course from the angle of market and education. Secondly, this paper analyses the realistic contradictions and causes between the personnel market and education of advertisement designing. On the basis of comparison with the courses of international and domestic traditional majors and advertisement courses of different types of schools, the problems and focal points should be advanced, which are existing inthe course of advertisement designing offered in a college, and then taken into consideration, and it's the best to find an effective way and refine the thinking—to establish the eco-course system of advertisement designing major. The eco-course should master the principles of "On the basis of learners", "adjust to the changing market with flexible courses", and establish the course system fitting in with the needs of variety and uniqueness of learners, and train the students with the complete personal quality and creative ability of advertisement designing, and strengthen the market adapt and sustainable ability for the students when we're setting up the courses.
