A Study On Marx's Thoughts Of Ethics Of Technology

The study of Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology is a beautiful scenery line in the academic circles nowadays. As much as its origin and its philosophical intention, it is theoretically derived from the systematic requirements of Marx's ethics, namely attempts to return to the essence content of Marx's ethics and constructs the reasonable shape of " ethics of technical " in the sight of Marx, and it makes contemporary Marx's ethics a deeper development and a further construction. The theory pays attention to social development in practice and copes with many difficult ethic problems which are initiated by the rapid development of technology, and provides one kind of feasible theory for reference of technical policy and formulation. The above dual concern of theory and practice has irrevocably proven that the research for Marx's ethics of technology has in-depth validity and make clear of its great significance and practice value.This thesis bases on the definitions of relative conceptions of technical ethics, embarking from the ethic problems which are led by the contemporary technical times, using the method of combination of history and reality;theory and practice, seeking ways of formation, development, and mature process of Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology, especially reducing and illustrating the main content and contemporary enlightenment of Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology. This thesis believes that the content of Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology mainly manifests in five aspects: Practice connects technology and ethics, which is the cornerstone for technical ethics;Marx's technical society theory provides a foundation for his technology ethics through the analysis of production of technology and society;the function of technology on society and the influences of society which works on technology. The third, judgment of fact and judgment of moral should not be separated, they are connected by technical medium;the essence of technical dissimilation is actually the dissimilation of social system, the way to eliminate technical dissimilation is social transformation;and the last one, technology does not have anything to do with or neutral with value, but with ethics value. It is no doubt that Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology is restricted by his times, and does not systematically independent from his thought, but his penetrating judgment and foresight are worthy studying both in theory and practice. Marx's thoughts of ethics of technology occupies an important position in Marx's ethics and ethics of technology system, it is a basic guiding ideology to formulate technical policy and technical development plan in our country. It provides beneficial enlightenment in questions ofsyncretizing of technology and ethics;humanness;social critics;sustainable development;and technical ethics foresight and the question of constructing appraisal system.
