Zhangjiashan written bamboo slips of Han dynasty are the bamboo slips which unearthed from the number 247 grave of Han dynasty in Jiangling city Hubei Province. It contains eight documents. This thesis choose six documents of it as the research materials, including Gailu,Yinshu, Maishu, Qiance, Suanshushu, Lipu.On the base of arranging of the materials,compared to Shuowen,the dissertation make a study mainly on meaning and graphemic. It can be divided into four chapters, as following:the first Chapter Is "Introduction", mainly on the materials, the identification, the significance, the research ideas and methods.The second Chapter Is"the comparitive study on graphemic", the Chinese characters embodied in Shuowen are listed in a form,The graphemic in Shuowen also listed in. Based on it, we can get into the further study.The third Chapter Is"the comparitive study on meaning",First, based on the arrangement of the article, all the characters are classified. Second,making a study on the meaning of characters in the materials and what Shuowen interpreted.through the study of this chapter ,we try to see the general picture of the meaning system.it can also make up and correct Shuowen.The four Chapter Is"the study on the variants of the heading,the characters not embodied in Shuowen or listed in by the later generations ", compared to Shuowen, through the study of this chapter,we can prove the characters emdodied in Shuowen is reliable,on the other hand ,it can make up Shuowen.
