The Analyze And Countermeasure Of The Abnormal Mental State Of Female University Students In The Process Of Job Hunting

With the continuous thorough reform of the graduate student employment system and the establishment of its market system, our society provides opportunities for the female graduate students to join the fair competition to display their talent. while faced with current rigorous employment situation, the female graduate students are confronted with some new challenges which cause more and more mental problem. The research of the abnormal mental state of the female university students' in the process of hunting for a job will help them to overcome the mental difficulties, to choose the rational position, to get the suitable job smoothly and to grow up healthily.This article begins with the concept of the abnormal mental state of those female university students who are in the process of job hunting, then according to their main behavior, analyzes the main reasons which cause the female university students' mental abnormality in the process of job hunting in four aspects as social factor, school factor, family factor, the self factor. Finally, the paper applies the theory of modern thinking of Marxist philosophy, the scientific psychology and the modern political education as the guidance, combines with the working practices, and puts forward pertinently and systematically the concrete measures of the dealings with the abnormal mental state of the female university students, and the expatiate on strengthening the mental characteristics of the female university students and enhancing the female university students' mental healthy education in their job hunting process.
