The ruling families of Qing dynasty established the Cheng De Summer Homes for avoiding heat and carried out the Mu Lan autumn hunting place in Re He as the requirement of politics and military affairs. Because of this, Re He became the second politics center and the Re He Baqi defense was founded. In 1724, Qing dynasty set up a military station. At the station, the biggest officer was general who managed military affairs in Re He. In the third years of Qian Long, dominator ordered the associate executive associate general who could transfer He Tun Xie army, administer the hunting place, deal with the religious routines and routines, manage the post of Xifengkou. In the fifteenth years of Jiaqing, dominator changed the associate executive into the executive. From then on, the executives power becoming bigger and bigger, involved in people' s routine. He was in charge of all the cases in Re He, and was responsible for building counties, and supervised Re He officials, dealed with taxes, administered construction of mineral places and factories,when people wanted to assert lands, they should get the agreement from the executive. Re He executive played a ruling role, he spreading dominator' s orders Min Guo dynasty, Re He executive made very important effort to establish province institution, ultimately, Re He province being set up. In 1928, Re He executive was abolished. This station was present over one hundred years.
