The Designing And The Realizing Of "Morphological Forms' Bank Of Mongolian Grammatical Information Dictionary"

"Mongolian grammatical information dictionary" is an electronic dictionary developed for automatic analysis and automatic generation of Mongolian sentences. It is one of the important foundation engineering of Mongolian information processing. "Morphological forms' bank of Mongolian grammatical information dictionary" is the most characteristic achievements according to Mongolian grammatical features and rules. The main purpose to compile "the bank" is to offer necessary knowledge for computer about automatic analysis and automatic generation of Mongolian morphological forms.This article uses the computational linguistic theory and methods on the basis of the research achievements of traditional Mongolian grammar to design various kinds of grammatical attribute filed which is easy for machine processing, and to fill in relevant values. What it reflects is the basic facts of the grammatical attribute of Mongolian morphological forms. Each concrete applied system can get much complete, detailed and accurate grammatical knowledge that it need. These grammatical attribute include the information about orthography, orthoepy, morphology, syntax, semantics and collocation features. There are 297 records and 42 attribute filed in "the bank". "The bank" and "Mongolian grammatical information dictionary general bank" would form a knowledge system.Here is the structure and the content of this article: In the introduction, it mainly introduces the target, meaning, method and material sources of the study; Chapter one narrates the theory and method basis of designing the grammatical attribute filed and choosing principles of "the bank"; Chapter two explains the attribute filed and specifications of "the bank", and the morphological forms' overlapping characteristics and it's model; Chapter three sums up the morphological forms' segmentation and reverting rules; Chapter four explains the applications of "the bank" in Mongolian information processing ;The conclusion is the summary of the whole article. The appendix 1 is the explanation of symbols and the tagging set for Mongolian information processing; the appendix 2 is the sample of "the bank".
