A New Study On Xikun Style

The thesis makes works of Xikun Chouchang Literature as an example,points out the feature of Xikun Style-not lay bare, analyzes the feature ofXikun Style showing that it is to take the place of words and use other words to express in the rhetoric. The way of realizing the feature of Xikun Style is making an importance on outlay and thinking little of essence. In the second part and third part, analyzes the reason of the formation of "not lay bare". That is not only related with the way of the Chan sect say, but also with the poet's advocation and pratice. At last, the thesis analyzes Xikun work's influence and position in the couse of Song poem's devloping and uheology. It proves Meiyao Chen, Ouyang Xiu, Wang'an Shi, Su Shi and Huangting Jian's works have the gene of Xikun Style, so we can give an objective appraisal on Xikun Style.
