The Natural Disasters During Republic Of China Period And Social Vicissitudes

Though much research work has been done by the scholars in different viewpoints on the natural disasters in Hunan during the Republic of china period, no special article or monograph has talked about them systematic lly yet, This thesis tries to probe into the natural disasters in an overall way including the reasons, The survy, the characteristics, the harm. The relief and social vicissitudes .The whole thesis includes six parts:The introduction: to summarize the research trend and why trie author choose the title.Part one: to analyses the reasons of the natural disaster, The reasons include the natural factor and the social one.Part two: to introduce the outline of the natural disasters, summarize the Characteristics.Part three: to observe the relief during that period and evaluate it also includes two section: the measures of relief and the comments.Part four: to mainly observe the social vicissitudes. Probe it from the posive side and negative side .The first, the socialchanges which the harm s cause. They are the economy decline and the society turbulent. The second, social vicissitudes. Probing it from three sides: the relief reform, the transportation progress and the rural revival.The conclusion: to sum up the main Point of the article.
