Rome spirit (Rome social morals) was important insurance that Rome became overlord of Mediterranean world from one small city on the side of Tiber River once. But with expanding the victory of the war and increase of the wealth of society, Rome's social custom had changed enormously. Extravagance began to be in vogue,traditional moral ideas collapsed little by little. It was exactly the degenerate social morality that accelerated ruin of Rome republic, and that hid the serious crisis under prosperous autocratic monarchy then, and that weakened the development of the empire and caused it to become feeble and die finally.This thesis is intend to do a more centralized and deep argumentation as to the aggravation of the social morals crisis of Rome empire in the earlier stage(AD1—AD3).Through analyzing the situations of luxuries and corruption in social life and collapse in politic morality in the earlier stage of Rome empire, it probes into the influence that Aggravation of social moral crisises caused.
