The researches of the commercial history are on the up in domestic and international at present. The researches have been increasing especially Euro-American nation in recent years, there are a lot of introductions about the origin of commercial elites, however the researches are comparatively general especially domestic research .so the text tries to study to the origin of commercial elites in early modern of England.Besides the forward and concluding remark, the paper is made of three parts.The first part mainly discusses social environments and conditions about the origin of commercial elites。 It consists of four aspects: economy, politic, class and culture.The second part mainly discusses a type of the origin ofcommercial elites——passive orientation society to becomecommercial elites. It consists of five aspects: 1. The eldest son elites.2. guild leaders or guild teachers to become commercial elites.3. Good opportunity achievement commercial elites .4. Along with rising of the ocean industry it rises commercial elites.5. positive Church commercial elites.
