His novels displayed clear region cultural trait:unique natural landscape—loessland made the country complex of Shanbei cover all at one glance;unique dialects slang displayed the aroma of Shanbei culture;unique customs made ancient Shanbei more charming; loud and sad Xintianyou made the constrain human nature of Shanbei obtained leading off. Local conditions and customs of Shanbei corresponding to culture of shanbei ,even became the main carrier spreading Shanbei culture.Lu Yao's mind had been deeply branded with Shanbei culture; and this made his novels exhibited a kind of stubborn sad cultural psychology. This paper aims to explain Lu Yao's novels' deeply cultural psychology from the aspects, including meet with tribulation, misfortune of love, and puzzle of traditional and modern.Lu Yao is a writer possessing strong duty. His novels reflect the writer's heartfelt worriers and meditation for Chinese country. He accepted the thoughts of Confucianism of national culture holding enthusiasm for life. He succeeded the cultural thoughts of gentleand kind, attaching importance to people and so on.
