This paper takes a close look at the religious experiences of Rabindranath in his literary works. This is elucidated through Tagore's pilgrimage of soul towards the union with the Infinite, his conception on God and love, evil and suffering, personality, and these reflections on his literary works. The last part of paper aims at tracing the sources of his religious experiences.
