| Migrants are a quite number of migratory people from long distance who live in ingoing places for a long time. Zou xi kou was the social activities that the inland people under the oppress of existence emigrated into the north of the Great Wall to make living from Qing dynasty. It was a time during which the ancient China changed gradually from traditional feudal society to modern society. Compared with traditional emigrants, the time gave new content to it. Up to date, academic research mainly emphasizes on the positive affects of the emigrants of Zou xi kou.For example, it improved the agriculture, commerce, handicraft industry and cities development, in the Inner Mongolia, strengthened the contact between Mongolia and Han people, deeped their deep the emotion, developed the national consolidation during the long collaboration. But because of the special history phase and the objective social, natural conditions, its negative affects can not be neglected. The text analysizes the relationship between the emigrants of Zou Xi Kou and the social ecological degeneration and reveals correctly the relation of them.The paper mainly consists of three parts. The first part simply narrates the emigrants routes, the areas of emigration, the reasons of Zou Xi Kou, its main emigrant areas, the beginning and summit periods, the emigrant quantities, the analysis of their status occupations, and makes a synoptical examplication. The second part analysizes the relationship between emigrant and desertization of inner Mongolia land. The chief reasons includes unscientifical reclaim of land, unrational productive and living activities, the negative affects of state policies, bad social living circumstance. The third part studies the relationships between emigrants and bandits and drugs.
