It is fairly well known that Derrida is one of the most controversial philosophers in the world. To his representative work-- Deconstructiomism evokes half praise, and it is opposed and rejected by the philosophy in America, where has a more tolerant academic atmosphere than in Europe. However, his theory is very popular in modern western society, and the literary and art circles of our country pays special attention to it, too. In a word, these are facts which we shouldn't just ignore.The thesis fixed objective of the paper is to vividly describing Derrida's Deconstructiomism as well as anti-metaphysics trend of thought in modern western countries. It also elucidates the forming course and essence of his work. Taking the defect of western literature as the point of departure, Derrida expresses his willing to improve and save the western literature by means of destroying the traditional western philosophy. Aiming to evoke deep ponder and heated discussion on philosophy and the future of mankind, the thesis analyses the essence of his Deconstructiomism and its significance as well as the value and shortcoming.The first part of the paper expounds the theory's forming background in two aspects. They are the special history of structuralism in vogue and the crisis of philosophy. His concept comes from criticizing the thought of Husserl and Heidegger. Deconstructiomism is cheering up in fact. He was found to use the advanced "writing linguistics" to replace the metaphysics custom in western philosophy.Part two analyses the substance of Deconstructiomism. His criticism of the traditional philosophy is not only to linguistic structure, but also a totally criticism to the thinking pattern and structure of metaphysics. At last he brings forward the crisis of philosophy.Part three analyses the relationship between the concept of decontruction and postmodernism.
