The Statement Of The Nationalization Process Of The Chinese Opera Creation In 20th Century

This paper, from the historical angle, studies the artistic value and the characteristics of nationalization process of the Chinese opera creation (herein after called NPCOC). First, it summarizes the status of musical creation nationalization in the artistic creation. Then, take three Chinese operas during different courses in the 20th century as representatives, elaborating the artistic characteristics of NPCOC in each historical stage; summarizing the main characteristics of 20th century nationalization of the Chinese opera creation as well as the main existing problems. Finally, it forecasts the development tendency of Chinese opera creation in the 21st century.First chapter, at the beginning, it elaborates the conception of nationalization of the artistic creation; summarizes nationality and cosmopolitan of artistic creation, and its unification relations. Then brings out the nationality points of Chinese opera creation, namely, how the Chinese opera creation inherits and absorbs the distillate of western outstanding opera work and Chinese traditional musical artwork.Second chapter, according to the time order of the creation development of the Chinese opera, described the nationalization process of Chinese opera. It concisely divides the Chinese opera nationalization history into the initial period, the intermediate stage and the later period. On the basis of the massive analysis of the opera art work during different periods, it especially introduced the creation in the middle of 20th century, and has carried on the detailed description of the creation process, taking "the White-Haired Girl" as representative.Third chapter, highly summarized national characteristic of 20th century's China opera creation, the opera music aspect in particular, as well as the traits of multiplex development, going with the nationalization process. At the same time, it has briefly analyzed the main problems and the corresponding countermeasures of 20th century China opera creation.This article pays great attention to links between facts and theories in the research technique the organic synthesis; history, the cultural science and the sociological method is the main research technique of this article. The corresponding theory is based on the summary, induction or inferential reasoning of massive literatures and research.
