| The development theme of modern socials is pursuing themodernization. Tradition development notion weighted material wealth,but ignored all-round development of individuals and all-roundadvancement of social, which had made humanity taste the afflicts ofgiving undue prominence to economy. Marx advocated that socials'development teleology should be the all-round development of individuals;this modernization theory indicated the right direction of modern socialdevelopment. Marx's theory of social development is just the importantsource of human's modernization and all-round development ofindividuals in contemporary China.This essay consists of three sections. The first section dissertsmodernization, human's modernization from abstraction to concrete. Thesecond section systematic elucidates the conjunctions between human'smodernization and social modernization.
