Then, a flower added in novels in late Ming Dynasty,and "San Yan" "Er Pai" "Yi Xing" appeared in study field. But in contrast with the study field in Taiwan, the value of the important novel has not been found systematically and deep yet in the land of China. The paper try its best to restored the novel to original state in history, society, thought, culture.And it tries to develop its thought and art featurs which was showed in the Confucian science central value of Ming and Qing Dynasty,comparing with "San Yan" "Er Pai"at that time.The paper includes four chapters.The first chapter is the textual research to the writer, making date, edition, circulation of Xing Shi Yan.The making date of Xing Shi Yan is still in conservision,which is important to the comparison with "San Yan" "Er PaP'.The paper believes that the making date of it be 1631.The second chapter is the thought field of Xing Shi Yan. It mainly researches the process of that Xing Shi Yan rebuild consciously the moral system of Confucian. The tenet of Xing Shi Yan is erecting the Model, The basis of erecting Model is the general programme of orthodox Zhu Neo-Confucianism superclass of system Cheng.
