The Research On The Aesthetic Culture In The Contemporary Home Interior Design

The contemporary home interior design can enrich life with a variety of forms and orders. It is a way of beautifying people's life as well as developing their aesthetic value. The forming and developing of contemporary home interior design, in its genuine sense, goes along with the expanding of city sizes, the forming and development of consumer culture and mass culture. In result, the simple daily life becomes the area that attracts more and more attention, and gradually becomes the research focus in the culture and design studies in the 20th century. So the pursuit of aesthetic culture in home interior design aims not only to promote the consumer goods but also to recommend the future life style and idea to the mass, or say, to introduce a kind of new aesthetic culture and culture to daily life.Under the influence of social development and culture changes, what are reflections and behaviors of the aesthetic culture in home interior design, and its influences on life to people? So it is very essential to carry on an in-depth research on these questions, which can contribute theoretically to both research fields of home interior design and aesthetic culture. This study will not merely bring enlightenment to the innovation on the home interior design and its aesthetic research, but will also offer wider support for the contemporary aesthetic culture studies.In the present research thesis, the author first reviews the historical changing course of the aesthetic culture in Chinese and foreign home interior design respectively. And then points out that the most important differences between the traditional aesthetic culture and contemporary aesthetic culture, so it educes the analysis about the main factors that influencing the expression of the aesthetic culture in contemporary home interior design, which including culture form, economic market, aesthetic ideology, technical development and social environment. Subsequently, combining with the design practices, the author discusses the expressions of the aesthetic culture in contemporary home interior design in detail, and mainly analyzes the fusion of the "high culture "and the "popular culture", the prevailing styles, the expression of the owner's personality and the methods of inheriting or re-creation on the native culture in contemporary home interior design. At the end of the thesis, an analysis and evaluation is made about the coming trends of the social culture, information technology, life style and the idea of aesthetic culture in home interior design, and the author also makes a suggestion on the future developing.
