In this part of the paper, We talk about three mode of culture philosophy .the first mode is the philosophical studying of culture. in this mode, the culture is the main body, the philosophy is the second body; the culture is the subject, the philosophy is the object, the philosophy is only the method of studying the culture. the second mode is the culture studying of philosophy. On the contrary, in this mode the philosophy is the main body, the culture is the second body; the philosophy is the subject, the culture is the object, the culture is only the method of studying the philosophy. the third mode is the interdependence of culture and philosophy. not as the front two modes. in the third mode the culture and the philosophy, and understand the philosophy by culture. culture and philosophy are both established on the base of the being of people living . Part two: the principle of building philosophy of the cultureThe second part of the paper discusses the principle of building philosophy culture. in this part, we can understand and grasp four principles of building philosophy of culture. the first principle is the opening .by the opening principle, we can change and develop the philosophy of culture in new practice. the second principle is tolerant. by the tolerant principle, the philosophy of culture can absorb and use for reference from other philosophical studying of our times and practice. the third principle is humanity. culture is invented by people ,people is living of culture. Human nature is showed through culture, culture shows the people's creating essence. the fourth principle is the medium. people are the medium and the motive power of our modern society development, they understand and explain their history by their culture tradition. Part three :philosophical thinking of market economy culture The advanced culture embodies the people's exceeding essence, we must deal with the relation between the culture and the market economy .firstly, the market economy culture is the unit of reason and value. the market economy culture is not only the tool reason, but also is the value reason. it is the unit of goal and method .secondly, there is a contradictory between the market economy and the culture. one side ,the market economy promotes the development of culture, the other side ,the market economy hiders the development of culture. there is a negative relation between the market economy and the culture. thirdly, there is a large significance from the studying of philosophy. the philosophy gives the basic method of studying of culture from the onology. it is useful for us to understand the essence of the philosophy of culture, and to grasp the principle of the development of philosophy of culture. as a result ,it is helpful for us to study the philosophy itself through the development o philosophy of culture. As a word, the culture is the being of people from the bottom of the root .the studying of culture is the studying of the essence and the development of the people.
