Jiang Kui was a outstanding poet in the South Song Dynast. His works and personality could be described self-appreciating. So we can explain his poem's aesthetic style through the western psychology conception--narcissism.It believe, poet's self-conceit and chase for outer confirm resulted in Saoya. His poems for flowers were processes that put his personality in it to appreciate himself. And the chase for love and friendship meant poet obtained extension of his life from communication. In addition, poet producted Qingkong by making himself apart from the social conventions. Poet used graceful words to make graceful conception, expressed sensitive feeling in rigid way, described nable and blunt ideas in natural poems.Shaping of the personality was in connection with what happened during poet's lifetime. He was always in difficult though he was very self-conceit. He couldn't maintain inner calm by outer success. So he watched everything around him in aesthetic angle, covered the world with beautiful clothes . So, from the style of Saoya and Qingkong we can find the potential effect of his narcissism personality to it.
