| On the base of the declamation of the relationship between Xi Menghui and Yan xishan, Xi Menghui and Chinese Communist Patty ,Xi Menghui and Juesidui. mis article firstly hold such a view : the Xi menghui ,in it's essence, is a co-operation between the CCP and the local government of Yan xishan ,on the ground of the second co-operation of CCP and KMT in order to combat the invasion of Japan During it's development ,Xi Menghui has been showing some kinds of independence.This article pays great attention to the actions done by Xi Menghui in Jindongnan from three aspects: first, through an organized, systematic way, Xi Menghui has successfully mobilized the mass into the mainstream of Anti-Japanese War second, it has formed a relatively strong military ability .including the erection of a regular army and militiaman in each county, the mobilization of die mass to serve the army in each aspect and so on;, thirdly through the ways of nomination by government the struggles of the mass or the help of the army, Xi menghui has reformed the old governments and founded new anti-Japanese and democratic governments.Thus the final conclusion: the base area of anti-Japanese War in Jindongnan is established by Xi menghui in July 1938 with the sign of the inauguration of Rong zihe to the chief secretary of the fifth administrative office of Shanxi province and during the course Xi menghui gotten great help form bom Yan xishan and CCP, bom the Eighth Route Army and the center Army ruled by KMT. |
