On Chorus Works Created And Adapted From Hunan Folk Songs And Tones

The folk songs in Hunan province has a long history and a large quantity. Each minority and each area have their own style of folk songs. The mordern Chinese chorus only has a history of one hundred yeas until now. While the chorus work adapted or created by the tone of Hunan folk songs springs up in the 1930's. Several generations of. composers had tried to produce some influential chorus works in the twenty-first century.From the perspective of the folk songs of Han and the folk songs of minority nationality, this paper discuss the chorus works of created or adapted, (hereafter called the chorus works of Han and the chorus works of minority).and the author uses regionalism and nationalism sperately to discuss them. During the dicussing, the paper describe the special tone at first, then analyze the representative chorus works.The Han minority has large popularity and large areas, while the other minorities have large area with small popularity in Hunan province. Just like the national features of our country. By the comparison of the Lavouring Haozi, folk song and ditty which have regional features, and dialect of different areas. This paper divided the Han folk songs of Hunan province into four parts: The middle of Hunan, The east of Hunan, The west of Hunan, and The south of Hunan, referring to minority nationality. The paper analyzes and discusses the folk music of Tujiazu, Miaozu, Dongzu, and Yaozu.Based one the system of Chinese traditional music, the tone speciality and inner spirit of existing works.the creational rule,the technique of western coutries,the creation and adaptation of chorus works can be explored more ideas,so,we should see good to bad among the folk songs works and succeed it.On the other hand ,we should use our intelligence to create more folk music works to rich our folk songs and reveal the article spirit of folk songs in our country.
