Aristotle's ontology is always the important content of the thought of western metaphysic. This thesis, from Organon, discusses the problem of Being in Aristotle's workers, interprets some of Aristotle's core terms preliminary, and makes a thorough inquiry into its influence upon Heidegger. This thesis maintains that Aristotle's ontology, on the basis of admitting phenomenon and from sensation, art, experience, knowledge to rational God ultimately, embodies an immanent and transcendentalthought-way, and system of Being-God-Logic which Heidegger called. Aristotle'sontology has a great influence upon Heidegger' s thought subject and thought way, and stimulates response in Heidegger's thought. Heidegger's criticizing Aristotle is criticizing metaphysic essentially.
