| The inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells which the earliest materials of Chinese which have caused of attention of many academicians. Many academicians have studied these verbs from different points and make many a great achievement. But the deep study of taking these verbs as a system which has some hypo-systems is weak. From the point of semantics, the thesis describes in detail the grammatical functions of the verbs and inherent relationship of these verbs with those in the books before Han Dynasty.The thesis includes four chapters. Chapter one is the summary of the verbs whose objects are predicative of inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells. It summarizes former academicians' study conditions, declines what is the verb whose objects is predicative of the inscription on the bones or tortoise shells and summarizes the grammatical function of these verbs in general and brief. Chapter two and Chapter three are the detail description of the verbs . It describes in detail the grammatical functions of these verbs from different aspects. The last chapter is a summary of these verbs. It concludes in belief survival-or-perishing conditions of these verbs in the hooks before the Han Dynasty and the inherent relationship of these verbs with the verbs in those books. It also explains in brief the reasons of these changes. |
