To Discuss Some Problems Of The Complement Of Direction "来/去

In modern Chinese, when the words "来""去" are used as complement of direction, they not only express the direction of displacement of human or substance but also mean the change of condition, the change of movements and the change of emotions. These two words represent all the existing changes roundly. When they express all kinds of meanings, they have close relation with the philosophy of Power of Buddha. Because in modern Chinese grammar, the key and the basic part of that is semanteme. Power of Buddha contains the whole universe and all the lives in it. When human, substance and all the things in universe are changing, at the same time, they are also developing. "Heart of Human", or we say " All the emotional senses of human" are the same. When the words "来""去" reflect the change of displacement, they also reflect the change of human's emotion, the usage of the words are reflected in it. This paper concerns with four questions of the directional verbs "来""去".① The token function of the directional verb "来""去""② The expression scope and function of the directional verb "来""去"③ The philosophy view and world view in the directional verb "来""去"④ When "来""去" are used as complement of direction, how to distinguish the sentences that are made up of the simple complement of direction and the compound complement of direction. Many grammar scholars have discussed the complement of direction "来""去", and they have explained quite clearly about the usage of these two words. But no one has analyzed from the angle of power of Buddha. On the base of the research of predecessors, I will make a further study and analysis on the complement of direction "来""去".
