This part regards Zheng Music has the same source with Zheng Songs, however, the Confucius time had different value judgement and viewpoint, Zheng Music is popular and impacted upon former music's authority and orthodox position, so Confucius provided his viewpoint thatZheng Music is obscence, sharply proposed to dislike and ban it, pointed the 300 Songs are innocent. Then the paper futher points that we can't think that Confusius is conservative.
