On Relations Between Ming Dynasty And Champa Kingdom

Relations between Ming Dynasty and Champa Kingdom are not only one of the most important external relations of Ming Dynasty but also a major stage of the whole history of the ancient China-Champa Kingdom relations.Throughout the period of Ming Dynasty,they had kept long-term, frequent and colorful official contacts between the two countries,which formed both the major content of the friendly relations between them and the foundation of the economic and cultural exchanges.On the basis of consulting as many as possible historical materials,this thesis focuses on making a thorough investigation of the whole process of exchange of diplomatic visits, between Ming Dynasty and Champa Kindom and giving a clear examination of the time of each exchange of diplomatic visits between the two countries and then proceeds to a prelimnary study of some facts concerned their relations.After that it provides a full exposition of the political, economic and cultural relations between Ming Dynasty and Champa Kindom .So that I hope this research will present the relations between Ming Dynasty and Champa Kindom more deeply and do some probing study of the complicated relations among Ming Dynasty ,Champa Kindom and Annam three countries.
